The "Legacy Core" Plan (Wills-Based)

Designed for individuals and families establishing their first legal perimeter.

• Price: $1,500 – $2,500

• Includes: Last Will & Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, and Living Will.

• The Sentinel Bridge: Includes 3 months of "Vault Access" to store your documents digitally. After 3 months, partners typically transition to the Sentinel Legacy Tier to keep their plan updated as laws and assets change.

The "Perimeter Trust" Plan (Trust-Based)

Designed for landowners and business owners who need to avoid probate and ensure privacy.

• Price: $4,500 – $6,500

• Includes: Revocable Living Trust, Pour-over Will, full Asset Funding coordination, and Deed transfers for up to two Ohio parcels.

• The Sentinel Bridge: Any client who completes a Perimeter Trust Plan receives a $500 credit toward their first month of the Sentinel Legacy Program, ensuring their land audits and asset lists stay current every quarter.

The "Entity Launchpad" (Business Formation)

For new agribusinesses or small businesses needing a bulletproof start.

• Price: $2,000

• Includes: LLC Formation, EIN acquisition, and a custom-drafted Operating Agreement (no "templates").

• The Sentinel Bridge: This plan is the natural "on-ramp" to the Sentinel Operational Tier. We waive the first monthly fee for the subscription if you sign up within 30 days of formation.

Estate Transition Management (Probate)

Helping families navigate the perimeter after a loss.

• Price: $3,500 minimum (plus filing fees) or a structured percentage of the estate.

• Includes: Full court representation, creditor notification, and asset distribution management.

• The Sentinel Bridge: We provide a "Legacy Audit" for the heirs during the process, showing them how to place their new inheritance into the Sentinel Program to prevent future probate costs.
